Some solution examples

One of our clients is a jobber in the petroleum industry, delivering gasoline to service stations across a three-state area. The client was experiencing difficulties in tracking deliveries, and invoicing correctly, leading to a high error rate, inefficiency and lost cash flow.

We developed a high-tech solution for the client that involved GPS tracking of each delivery vehicle and a web-based real-time system for tracking when and where deliveries were made. This allowed us to invoice electronically in real-time, virtually eliminating errors and improving the cash flow of the business.

Another client was struggling to manage the payroll for a complex business that included factory shift workers, delivery drivers, cashiers and managers working in a variety of locations across several states. We implemented a web-based timekeeping system that allowed each employee to clock in & out of the system regardless of time or location. The system consolidates all of the employees of the business into a single payroll without the need for additional data entry, resulting in a seamless timekeeping and payroll system that is highly accurate and cost effective.

Faced with the complexity of a high number of credit card transactions and multiple vendors for our client companies operating restaurants and gas stations, we developed a credit card processing system that fully integrates the point of sale terminals and our accounting systems. This resulted in greater efficiency and accuracy, better cash flow for the businesses and lower transaction costs through consolidated processing and reporting.
